Includes greetings, describes his London visit, then his trip to the US, seeing Ghulamhusayn and Kayhan in Cincinnati, visiting Fatimah and her husband and son in Texas, his medical tests, their travel to California, and registering Ghulamhusayn at the new college; at the end, Ghulamhusayn writes to his mother and expresses his sympathy regarding the news he has heard from his father.

The letter, written in two installments, details what the author has been doing as Dr. Coy fell ill and left to travel to America through Baghdad and Haifa, and Dr. Moody is also ill, so the upkeep work of the school has fallen to her.
